We've planned three great courses through this little-known conservation area:
Feedback from our runners:
"The Big Bush Kākā course was a beautiful track through native bush, alive with bird life, enough of a challenge and a runnable track to make it a great course. Good down hill flow on the Kākā track section."

"The Teetotal Traverse is the epitome of trail runs; a relentlessly punishing start is rewarded by flowing downhill, mixed terrain and stunning scenery. I'll be back next year!"
- Emma
"I really loved the different terrains and how often we changed through them. One minute we were climbing up through the forest, the next we were enjoying the views along the ridge and the next we were enjoying gentle zigzags down through sparse forest with the light dappling through. Down on the Teetotal Flats we meandered amongst mossy edged paths, over tussock and around small ponds into larger clearings. It was very runnable and never had a chance to get sick of one terrain. Highly recommend this Teetotal Traverse course. "
